Easter is almost upon us again; luckily we have a great selection of Easter eggs available in-store now. Choose from luxury Booja-Booja or Montezuma organic chocolate eggs or fair trade Divine Easter eggs in large and small sizes, in milk, dark and white.

This year Montezuma are also doing mini eggs in cubes which are either dark chocolate with a caramel centre or milk chocolate with a praline hazel centre. If you need dairy free Easter eggs we have a couple of choices in either dark or carob chocolate.

The Evening Set Menu is as follows:

For Starters: Roasted Sweet corn Fritter, with a chilli jelly and butternut squash puree

or

Chicory and Blue tart, with a peppery leaf salad and citrus dressing.

For Main Course: Potato gnocchi baked in a rich tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and goats cheese served with a garlic focaccia bread.

or

Mushroom Polenta and whole portabella mushroom with a chestnut mushroom and aduki bean pate, braised fennel and roasted garlic.

For Dessert: Black and White Sesame, honey snaps served with raspberry parfait and berry coulis or

Rich Chocolate and Banana pudding, served with bananas in toffee sauce.

Join us at Archie Browns for this fairtrade fortnight. The 2010 campaign is all about swapping some of your regular shopping items for fairtrade products; luckily we can help you to do this by providing a varied range of products in our shops and cafes.

We stock a various range of fairtrade items from regular things such as sugar and teas to dates, honey and cashew nuts. Many of our products also use fair traded sources and we always serve fairtrade coffee in our cafe.

Join us during fairtrade fortnight for free samples of the products you can now buy, and come and check out the range of items you can purchase. Let's celebrate over 20 years of fairtrade!

Super Salads Cooking Class:

The salad class is back by popular demand, Come and learn for yourself how to put together some of our amazing salad combinations, get handy hints on various complimentary flavours and watch one of our chefs at work.

The class will be held on Tuesday the 16th of March at Truro, starting at 5pm (you must arrive at the class 10mins before it is due to start). Classes last approximately one hour and cost £12.50 per person.

Archie's At Night:

Truro has an evening coming up; we will be open on Friday the 26th of March from 7.30pm offering a three course a la carte menu.

The chefs are currently designing the three course menu, there will be two choices for each course, ensuring there is both a vegan and gluten-free option.

The evenings are a great time to come and dine with us in a relaxed manner, treat yourself from our great selection of organic wines and let the chefs spoil you with their fantastic creations.

Booking is advisable and the three courses will cost £19.95.
